1. Overview
Beli Holiday operates as a listing platform that connects travellers with registered and verified travel
agents, hotels, and homestays in Malaysia. This Refund Policy outlines how refund-related matters
are handled within the Beli Holiday platform and applies to all vendors including travel agents,
hotels, and homestay operators, who have registered an advertising account with us


2. Nature of the Platform — No Direct Booking
Beli Holiday is strictly a listing and discovery platform. It is important for all parties to understand the
following:
• End users (travellers and customers) do not make any bookings or payments through the Beli
Holiday platform.
• All transactions, bookings, and payments whether for travel packages, hotel stays, or
homestay accommodations occurs directly between the traveller and the respective vendor
(travel agent, hotel, or homestay operator), outside of the Beli Holiday platform.
• Beli Holiday does not collect, process, or hold any payment on behalf of travellers for any
travel, accommodation, or related services.
• Beli Holiday's role is solely to provide a platform where verified travel agents, hotels, and
homestays can list and promote their offerings, and where travellers can discover and contact
those vendors. As a result, Beli Holiday is not a party to any booking or accommodation agreement between a
traveller and a vendor, and bears no liability for any transaction that occurs between them.


3. Transactions on the Beli Holiday Platform
The only financial transactions that occur on the Beli Holiday platform are between Beli Holiday and
vendors which include registered travel agents, hotels, and homestay operators. These
transactions relate exclusively to advertising services, including:
• Payment for listing packages on the platform.
• Payment to post advertisements (Ads) for travel packages.
• Payment to boost existing Ads for greater visibility and exposure within the platform.
These are advertising service fees paid by vendors to Beli Holiday and are entirely separate from
any booking payments made by travellers to travel agents.


4. Refund Policy for Vendors (Travel Agents, Hotels & Homestays)
In the event that a refund is applicable for advertising fees paid to Beli Holiday, the following policy
applies:
Refunds will NOT be issued in the form of a bank transfer or any direct credit back to the vendor's
bank account. Instead, eligible refunds will be credited to the vendor's Beli Holiday Ad Account.

These credits can be used for:
• Posting new advertisements for travel packages on the Beli Holiday platform.
• Boosting existing advertisements to increase visibility and reach among travellers on the
platform.
• Ad Account credits have no cash value and cannot be converted, transferred, or withdrawn as cash
under any circumstances.

Please include your registered vendor account details, the nature of your refund request, and any
relevant transaction references when contacting support. Our team will respond as promptly as
possible.

6. Changes to This Policy
Beli Holiday reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will
be published on the platform at www.beliholiday.com. Continued use of the platform following any
update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
