payments, and all transactions occur directly between vendors and customers outside of our 
Platform. This Privacy Policy governs only the data collected and processed by Beli Holiday 
through the Platform itself.

2. Our Commitment Under Malaysian Law
Beli Holiday is a Malaysia-based company and we process all personal data in compliance 
with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and any applicable subsidiary 
legislation, guidelines, or codes of practice issued by the Personal Data Protection

During the vendor registration and onboarding process, we collect the following data as 
necessary for verification and listing purposes:
• Full legal name and designation.
• Business name and registered business address.
• Company registration number (SSM) or equivalent.
• Business licence details (e.g., MOTAC licence number, Tabung Haji accreditation, or 
equivalent).
• Contact details including email address and WhatsApp number.
• Business logo, promotional images, and listing content submitted by the vendor.
• Bank account details (if required for advertising fee billing purposes only).
• Any supporting documents submitted for verification purposes.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use personal data collected through the Platform for the following purposes:

4.1 For General Visitors
• To analyse website traffic and improve Platform performance and user experience.
• To ensure the security and integrity of the Platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4.2 For Customers

that vendor via WhatsApp or the vendor's platform.

regulatory bodies, or courts where required by law, court order, or in response to a 
valid legal request.
• Business Transfer — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Beli 
Holiday's business, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor 
entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
We will not disclose your personal data beyond the above circumstances without your prior

8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was

Beli Holiday facilitates communication between users and vendors primarily through 
WhatsApp and, for hotel and resort brands, through vendor brand landing pages. Please note 
the following important limitations:
• Any personal data you share with vendors via WhatsApp or on third-party websites is 
subject to the privacy policies of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) and the respective 
vendor or brand, not Beli Holiday.
• Beli Holiday has no control over how vendors or third-party platforms collect, use, or 
store your personal data outside of our Platform.
• Beli Holiday is not responsible for the privacy practices of any vendor, hotel brand, or 
third-party website to which you may be redirected.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform or vendor you 
interact with before sharing personal data.

11. Your Rights Under the PDPA
As a data subject under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the 
following rights in relation to your personal data held by Beli Holiday:
• Right of Access — You may request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Right of Correction — You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete 
personal data we hold about you.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you 
essential service-related communications necessary for the operation of your account or
